Organization Development is a values-based planned change process that solicits the participation of those affected by the change. Our approach to individual and organizational change is guided by a commitment to social responsibility, justice and equity, diversity and inclusion, collaboration, and the unleashing of human potential. We bring the following values to all of our work:
Collaboration: We approach each project as a collaboration between the consultants and the client. We work with you to clarify your goals and co-create a process to achieve them.
Engagement: We believe that people impacted by change should be engaged in the change process. Throughout the process, we seek cost-effective ways to engage a broad array of stakeholders. Stakeholder engagement increases the quality of the project and the success of implementation.
Customization: We believe that research and “best practices” are valuable guides, and that individual customization is essential to success. Every organization is unique and therefore tailored structures, processes, and solutions have the deepest lasting impact.
Authenticity: We strive to always be authentic and transparent in our relationships with clients. This means sharing observations and raising difficult questions in the interest of serving the organization.
Capacity Building: Throughout the project, we intentionally share tools and skills in order to build organizational capacity and reduce your organization's reliance on outside consultant support. Throughout the process, you will learn to continuously develop your own organization.
We comply with the international organization development code of ethics, a copy of which may be found here: www.theodinstitute.org
